Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone
- Complete customers' bank transactions
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Learn bank products and services available
- Make appropriate recommendations to customers
- Learn bank specific software
- Follow banking rules and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
