At Ascent Bank, we respect your privacy and your right to control access to your personal information. If you would like your online banking account deleted (used to log into our online banking system and mobile app), all you need to do is ask.
Important: Once your online banking account is deleted, any requests for copies of account history, statements, or similar documents may incur a fee. We recommend printing or downloading any statements or history you may need before submitting your deletion request.
Please note that this process affects only your online banking access. Your Ascent Bank deposit accounts and loans will remain active and unaffected.
How to Request Deletion of Your Online Banking Account:
- Send an email request to [email protected].
- Include "Remove Online/Mobile Banking Account" in the subject line.
- Provide a phone number where we can reach you. A representative will contact you to verify your request and initiate the deletion process.
After Your Online Banking Account is Deleted:
- You will no longer have access to online banking or the mobile app. If you wish to regain access in the future, you will need to re-enroll.
- Electronic statements will revert to paper delivery. A paper statement fee may apply. Please refer to your account disclosure for details.
- Any scheduled or recurring online payments (e.g., bill payments, loan payments, or external transfers) that have not been processed will be canceled.
- All associated data, including online transfers, payments, alerts, and services, will be permanently deleted.
